Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 scallions green onions
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 8 whole pimento seeds
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • handful of fresh thyme
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 inch ginger root peeled

Instructions
 

  • To make the process easier when blending, roughly chop all the veggies. 
    Add all ingredients into a blender including the water. Blend until smooth for about 1-2 minutes. 
    Add a little more water if needed for a more smooth consistency. 
  • Add the green seasoning to a mason jar or a tightly sealed container and store in the refrigerator for a week. 
  • Notes:
    When using green seasoning in recipes, you can use 2-3 tbsps. Green seasoning works perfectly on meat, vegetables, soups etc.
